Your favourite food

Hi children!!

I would like to know more about your favourite food.
As for me, my favourite food is Sambal Fried Rice with salted fish.
I will add salted fish, anchovies, a bit of mixed vegetables, lots of egg and sambal.
The spicyness just drives me crazy for this dish.
